    Ronald "Ron" Wayne Depew, a beloved member of the Tehachapi community, passed away on Oct. 25, at the age of 74, following a brief battle with cancer. With his smooth baritone voice, trademark beard and handsome appearance, Ron had a remarkable presence that positively impacted every room he entered. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.     We have so many great events at our Tehachapi Railroad Depot Museum. One of them is Bark for Life, which supports the America Cancer Society and Relay for Life.
