    At their June 22 meeting, the Board of the Tehachapi Unified School District honored four Tehachapi High School graduating seniors. Three of the honorees were THS co-valedictorians for the year 2020-21. They were chosen for their GPA for grades 9 -12, their AP classes and other activities. Rebecca Carol graduated with an overall GPA of 4.3953. She was in the top 10 students at THS for all four years.     At the first of two meetings held on June 21 at the BeeKay Theatre, the Tehachapi City Council approved the nearly 80-page, $27.4 million balanced budget for the year 2021-22.
