The contest is open to both business and residential entries, and there is no cost to participate. The contest has expanded from nine winners in 2020 to 12 winners this year. Forty-five people donated blood in Tehachapi on Tuesday, Nov. 16, bringing the total to more than 900 donors over the past 20 months.
