    On May 25, officers from the Tehachapi Police Department were dispatched to 400 Tucker Rd. (Walmart) to investigate a report of grand theft from the business. Walmart employees described the suspects and suspect vehicle to responding officers. Officers located the suspect vehicle in the 1100 block of West Tehachapi Boulevard.     At their May 13 meeting, the Tehachapi Planning Commission approved the use of a portion of a vacant lot, located at 432-C W. J St., to be used as a storage facility by Nathan’s Towing & Storage as a short-term storage and impound lot.
