Walt and Pam.

Every year we book a great line up of talented and entertaining musicians to play at Centennial Plaza during the two days of the Apple Festival.

On Saturday, Oct. 14 at 11 a.m. enjoy a new and different treat as The Boot Boogie Babes demonstrate line dancing and take you along for the journey as they teach the audience some of the dances. The Boot Boogie Babes, America's Favorite Line Dance Team provide a safe space for women of all ages, sizes and backgrounds to grow through their love of dance and lifelong friendships they form along the way.

At 1 p.m. we have the great sounds of Walt and Pam. They have been playing together for over 20 years. They play familiar songs and many originals, sharing the story behind the lyrics. Their harmonies are fantastic.

Finally on Oct. 14 at 3 p.m. listen to Journey in Time. Take a musical journey with them back in time featuring some of your favorite Pop, Soft Rock, R&B, Folk Rock, Gospel and Country Artist 's No. 1 Hits from the 60s -90s. You will find yourself wanting to sing along.

On Sunday, Oct. 15 we start the day at 11 a.m. with the melodious sound of Danny Sal. You'll recognize the songs and thoroughly enjoy his playing and singing.

Later at 1 p.m. we rock the house with Big Game Ticket who will close out the day. They play a combination of Good Americana Rock N' Roll and country music.

Don't forget we have beer from Westlane Brewery and wine from Tehachapi Winery available in Centennial Plaza.

Journey in Time.

In front of Centennial Plaza on Saturday at 2 p.m. is the Pie Eating Contest. Now that is a hoot! To watch grown people stick their face in an apple pie and try to eat the entire thing before anyone else – yikes. A huge crowd gathers to cheer them on. Don't miss the Apple Drop around the corner on F Street, right by the Hitching Post Theaters, at 4 p.m. Then, on Sunday at 1 p.m. just outside Centennial Plaza we have The Loop's Apple Pie Baking Contest. Around the corner on F Street by the Theater – we'll have several performances by Aerial Gardens. This includes acrobatic feats with silks and rings.

On F Street between Green Street and Robinson you can enjoy hours of viewing Vintage trailers outside and in.
