    Members of the Tehachapi Community Church recently recognized Ellen Hays, a long-time resident of Tehachapi, who celebrated her 90th birthday on July 1. There were flowers, balloons, cookies and ice cream, and the congregation sang "Happy Birthday" to her during church service.     On a recent Saturday morning, the Tehachapi Mountain Branch of American Association of University Women (AAUW) sponsored a tour of The Spaceship Company (TSC) and Virgin Galactic (VG) in Mojave.
