The Bear Valley Springs Cultural Arts Association is a tax-exempt organization dedicated to enriching the cultural life of Bear Valley Springs and the greater Tehachapi area. All of our funding comes from our membership dues, event fees for those events that require reservations and the generous donations made by our members.
