    It is with heavy hearts that we announce that TVRPD’s application to bring a new park and community center to Tehachapi was not awarded funding. This was an extremely competitive statewide grant. There were 468 project applications, totaling $2.42 billion in requests with $548.3 million available.   • Skatepark construction bid awarded

    On July 28 the TVRPD Board of Directors held a Special Meeting to award the bid for the construction and installation of the Modular Steel Skate park located at West Park. We are pleased to announce the bid was awarded to American Ramp Company, a decorated company with a footprint of incredible skateparks all around the United States.
