Our goal at Healing Solutions Family Therapy Center is to help equip and provide the necessary tools to those needing guidance in navigating through and overcoming the obstacles they face.
The owners, Tricia and David Hamm, originally created Healing Solutions Family Therapy Center to meet the significant need for quality mental health services in the Antelope Valley, while providing a supportive environment and a culture of connection and respect. Over the past three years, we have expanded to serve the Santa Clarita Valley, and are now pleased to open an office to serve Tehachapi and the surrounding communities of Kern County.
At every Healing Solutions Family Therapy Center, you will find a collaborative team of individuals to accompany you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. Each interaction with a staff member or clinician will offer authenticity and a supportive approach as we join you on your path to wellness. Our core values support taking care of people first, while cultivating the ideals of integrity, authenticity,and wholehearted living. Our client-centered clinicians embody the sacred task of connecting with and supporting individuals and families on their journey of healing from personal and relational grief and trauma, depression, anxiety and many other mental health challenges, while finding positive solutions and transforming lives.
We also offer couples therapy to address communication, quality time, roles/responsibilities, trust, conflict management, reparation of past conflicts, intimacy, avoidance and more. In addition to in-person office visits, we offer online tele-therapy services to ensure access to care. We also employ a skilled team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to assist with medication management services.
Healing Solutions is grounded in the mission of creating space to nurture and support our therapists so that our therapists can take optimum care of our clients. We are actively seeking to hire trauma informed clinicians in alignment with our core values of integrity, respect, authenticity and collaboration. We offer a beautiful private practice setting, flexible hours, a self-directed schedule (hybrid positions available) and a comprehensive benefits package. All referrals are provided. Our clinicians are responsible for the completion of assessments, diagnosis, treatment plans, therapy sessions with clients and timely progress notes.
We Accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Tricare-West, Triwest VA Community Care, LA Care Medi-Cal and Kaiser. Please call for out-of-network options.
Carla Cook is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been a proud Tehachapi resident for over 23 years.
