Vicki was employed by the Mojave Unified School District from 1989-1998, where she worked in food services, and served as a union representative.

She was involved in many city and county community events. Devoted countless hours of volunteer work with the school district and the Antelope Valley Fair, as well as creating strong and loving lifelong friendships over the years with many lovely ladies.

She is survived by her sister Patricia Figueroa and brother Timothy Talbert; son Charles, daughters Jamie, Rebecca (Jason) and Andrea; grandsons Chace and Jakob Jones.

There will be a Celebration of Life at First Baptist Church in California City on March 30 at noon.
