Tehachapi, you were awesome! No unexpected spring snowstorm was going to stop us from having fun! The annual Easter Egg Hunt was a resounding success, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of our community and the generous support of our sponsor, Valley Strong Credit Union.

Families braved the winter-like conditions to join in the fun-filled event, held inside the ABIAC Gym on March 30. Children excitedly searched for Easter eggs through a gym filled with balloons, enjoyed the various games and activities and had their faces painted, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
The Recreation Team, Tots Program and Adventure Camp staff of TVRPD were all thrilled to see our community come together, despite the weather, to celebrate Easter and enjoy a day of fun and laughter. We were also joined by some special local businesses to help with booths like The Salvation Army, New York Life Insurance Company and Tym4Change. In addition, the Tehachapi Wrestling Club sold food to help raise money for the club! None of that would have been possible without the incredible support of our sponsor, Valley Strong Credit Union. Their generosity and commitment to our community are truly commendable.
The success of the Easter Egg Hunt shows the strength and resilience of our community, coming together to create joy and happiness, even in the face of unexpected challenges. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated in making this year's event one to remember.
