Close call for the Lady Warriors

On Friday, Feb. 23, the Tehachapi Warriors Girls Basketball team had a grand send off to the D-II finals against the Monache Marauders in Porterville. Friends and family waved as the bus reached the Highway 58 entrance lead by a police escort. After a valiant effort, the team fell to Monache, 41-37.
