William "Bill" Nathan Shishim.
Bill was born April 24, 1951, and spent his adolescent years in San Francisco. He passed away at 72 years old on Dec. 18, 2023, in Tehachapi, with his daughter Anna Galeen Fassbender by his side. Bill was adopted from Ireland by "Grandma Bubbles" and is survived by two sons, Johnathan and Brian; two daughters, Shawna and Anna and three grandchildren.
Bill loved his family and enjoyed traveling to see them. He especially loved spending time with them on the beach and playing with his grandsons. Bill loved his country, telling stories and collecting old memorabilia. He enjoyed putting together model trains and tinkering with train sets.
Please join us for a celebration of his life on Jan. 6 at 2 p.m. at Tehachapi Mountain VFW Post 5948 at 221 W. Tehachapi Blvd., with his friends, family and other lives he touched.
