When I met Lindsay Villalpondo, she was interested in volunteering her time at the Visitor Center. She struck me immediately as someone who puts her heart and soul into everything she does and I knew right away that I'd be seeing more of her. It wasn't long before I saw her at multiple charity functions, volunteering all over town and lending her skills to anyone who was in need. Now it is my privilege to introduce Lindsay to you.
Lindsay, a local Realtor at Miramar International, has a background in property management, income producing properties and equestrian properties. Lindsay is currently serving on the Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors MLS Committee, as well as the Membership Committee. She was born and raised in Kern County, and is well versed in Kern County areas. She has over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, and while she has worked in Los Angeles and Bakersfield in the past, she moved to Tehachapi 10 years ago, and loves helping everyone find homes in the area. "I enjoy meeting new clients and showing them around our mountain town." Lindsay says. "I almost always end up with new friends who love discovering all Tehachapi has to offer." Her knowledge and professionalism have earned her the accolade of "Top Listing and Selling Agent" at the Miramar Tehachapi office in 2023.
Lindsay and her husband spend their extra time helping their two girls participate in rodeo, mountain biking, drama club, and more! "I love participating in as many community events as possible. I especially enjoy our Tehachapi Mountain Rodeo Association, Tehachapi Mountain Bike Team, as well as all the city events for holidays. This community is what makes Tehachapi so special and unique from other cities."
