Tehachapi remembers 'Bear'

On the evening of Aug. 31, many members of the community turned out at the Hitching Post Theaters for a memorial for the man known as "Bear." Bear has been a well known figure in Tehachapi for many years and was often seen hanging out in front of the Hitching Post Theaters chatting with passersby. His friendly face will be missed by the community.
