California City Community Church's Ice Cream Social, Aug. 4

An Ice Cream Social, to benefit the community food pantry at the Community Church of California City, 21001 Conklin Blvd., will be held Friday, Aug. 4 at 6:30 p.m. in the Education Building. There will be ice cream (either dish or cone), cakes, pies/cobblers, cupcakes and cookies, with sun tea and lemonade beverages.
Everyone is invited and we are asking for a contribution of a staple food item or cash – no set price.
The food pantry serves the community by appointment, on Wednesday mornings.
To make an appointment, call the church at (760) 373-2346. You can leave your name and contact number on the answering machine. Please speak clearly and slowly so we can reach you with an appointment.
We are hoping for a good turnout and a good time by all.
