Mayor Susan Wiggins and Mayor Pro Tem Kim Nixon presented a Certificate of Youth Recognition to the Miss Greater Central Valley and Miss Tehachapi Queens at the October 5 City Council Meeting. The girls were honored for their tremendous community involvement, helping with charities and taking part in community events. Mayor Wiggins called them great roll models and born leaders.
