The 3rd annual Handcraft Festival is gearing up for another spectacular show on August 16-17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Railroad Park. Not only is it the coolest, breeziest place in town during the summer months, this event will feature over 40 booths of the coolest most unique handcrafted gifts and fine arts anywhere. Embellished clothing for children and adults, jewelry, hair accessories, bath and body supplies, candles, metal art, wood carving, ceramics and home accessories are just a handful of things you'll find. Stop by our sponsor booth, Solar City and learn how to lower your utility bills. Take a break and fuel up with Tacos by Jesus, Corn dogs and other delicious munchies from Main Squeeze Lemonade or a Tri-tip sandwich from Vantastic Sandwiches. Hosted by Tehachapi Valley Arts Association, all proceeds from this event fund high school scholarships for art students.
