    The wonderful ladies from the Comfort Quilts group of the Tehachapi Mountain Quilters, have done it again! On Aug. 16, (pictured left to right) Vickie Ruggles, Donna Dieterle, Carolyn Pearson, Doris Brown, Gina Siembieda and Pauline Haddox delivered 164 beautiful handmade quilts to L.A. Children's Hospital to be distributed to the children that are patients there.   • Beginning quilt workshops

    The Tehachapi Mountain Quilters are pleased to announce that we will be having beginning quilt workshops open to the public. If you are interested in learning how to quilt, now is the perfect opportunity. The first meeting will be Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. at Stallion Springs Community Church, 18151 St Andrews Dr. At that time, you will be given information on the workshops, a supply list, etc. The workshops will start with the very beginning of the process and the end result will be a finished quilt.     The wonderful ladies from the Comfort Quilts group of the Tehachapi Mountain Quilt Guild, have again found it in their hearts to help others. These ladies generously donate their time and talent to make beautiful quilts for people in need. Recently, Cheryl Johnson, Pauline Haddox, Teri Lindsey, Nancy Dubie and Maureen Kelley (hiding behind the beautiful quilts pictured ) got together and packed and shipped 114 quilts to Poland for the Ukrainian refugees who have had to flee their country....
