The Tehachapi Christian Store will host a concert on First Friday, October 2nd at 6 p.m. Locals Matt Whelchel and Katie Harris from Calvary Chapel Tehachapi will be singing and playing guitar and keyboard. They sing original songs and contemporary praise songs. They are part of the talented Calvary Chapel Worship Team. They state they use their gifts (of musical talent) to serve Jesus. Katie is in high school and Matt is a graduate. They are young and energetic and you will be blessed. The concert is free and refreshments will be served during intermission. The store is located at 108 E. Tehachapi Blvd., next to Gas and Go.
