In advance of the 14th anniversary of the opening of the Tehachapi Depot Railroad Museum, the museum will be operating the vintage signals in the Stokoe Signal Garden on Saturday, May 25, at 1 p.m.

Retired signalman Mark McGowan will explain their purpose, function and history. If you've never seen them operate, you should try to make it, and even if you have, it's still pretty cool!

The Tehachapi Depot Railroad Museum is located at 101 W. Tehachapi Blvd., Tehachapi and is open Thursday through Monday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
