The Mango Haus Lounge is currently featuring Penne Pesto Pasta (above): penne pasta al dente, tossed in homemade pesto sauce with mixed sundried tomatoes, red onions, grilled zucchini and feta cheese in tomato coulis; and Filet Mignon (below): served with fondant potatoes and mango chimichurri, over mango wine sauce. The Mango Haus Lounge strives to offer the very best ingredients, and will soon feature grass fed meat by a local farm, stay tuned! The Tehachapi Mango Haus Lounge is located at 20601 W. Valley Blvd., Ste. 105, and is open Monday through Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
