Peggy Marie Morgan.

Peggy Marie Morgan of Bakersfield passed away peacefully on Feb. 5 after complications from a fall and subsequent bleeding on the brain. She was transported to Memorial Hospital, Bakersfield where she was treated with compassion and care until her passing from this world.

Peggy was born in Wilmington, Delaware on July 4, 1967 and raised predominantly in the San Diego area. She was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth William Morgan on April 3, 2021, and survived by her Parents Stanley and Linda Morgan of Tehachapi, husband Joseph Hammond of Bakersfield, sister Rebecca (Morgan) Samsa of Wiesbaden, Germany, son Christopher Morgan of Chicago, Illinois, and daughter Amanda Bonilla of Bakersfield. Peggy will be interred in the Bakersfield National Cemetery in a private ceremony of family and friends.
