Karen Sanders announced as new East Kern Field Representative

Kern County Supervisor Zack Scrivner has appointed Karen Sanders as his new Field Representative covering East Kern.
"I am pleased to announce that Karen Sanders is joining our District 2 team", said Supervisor Zack Scrivner. "Her extensive experience living and working in East Kern, as well as her strong work ethic and passion for the area will serve our constituents well."
Karen is a Texas native and long-time California City resident. Karen and her husband Roy raised a family of four and presently enjoy nine grandchildren.
When asked about her new position, Karen stated, "I love the desert and mountain areas, and look forward to meeting and working with the folks in East Kern. I hope to put my life and work experience to good use in this new role".
