Public asked to help identify suspect

On Nov. 30, between the hours of 12:30-4:30 a.m., an unknown Hispanic male suspect stole thousands of dollars in tools from work trucks parked in two separate residential driveways and two additional work trucks parked in a local hotel parking lot.

Over $18,000 in commercial and industrial tools were stolen from four work trucks. The suspect occupied a newer model white Chevrolet Traverse with black rims. The Tehachapi Police Department Investigations Unit is seeking information as to the identity and whereabouts of the suspect and suspect vehicle.
