On Oct. 28, Tehachapi POPS Orchestra held their Spooktacular Halloween Concert at the new Tehachapi Adult Daycare Healthcare Center in downtown. It was an excellent afternoon of spooky music and family fun, featuring T-POPS' premier of "A Bull in Chinatown" Radio play.
