Demonstration of the Bill Stokoe Signal Collection

About 60 people were at the Tehachapi Depot Railroad Museum on Sunday afternoon, July 30, for a demonstration of the Bill Stokoe Signal Collection located outside of the museum. Retired Union Pacific signalman Mark McGowan explained how each of the signals work and what it was used for. This may have been the first demonstration but word is that it will not be the last. Stay tuned.
