Joyful Life Hypnotherapy celebrates grand opening

On March 15, Rosemary Powell and her family celebrated an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Joyful Life Hypnotherapy. Tehachapi City Manager Greg Garrett, Assistant City Manager Corey Costelloe and Brooke Oscarson from Assemblymen Fong's office were there to present certificates of recognition, commemorating the day. Representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, Field and the community also attended, along with colleagues of Rosemary Powell. Discover Tehachapi catered and everyone enjoyed the event.
