Tehachapi Valley Arts Association and Gallery 'N' Gifts is at it again. When the Stallion Springs Community Center sent out a request for help with supplies for their upcoming youth craft days and summer camp art projects, TVAA rallied once again to be sure Tehachapi youth could get their creativity flowing.

TVAA holds several artistic fundraising events each year. A photo contest in February and August, Makers Markets in June and August, the Tehachapi All Youth Art Contest in April, and Chalk on the Walk in August.

"Our fundraising events are designed to get the community involved in being creative while also raising funds for donating art supplies to local schools and other artistic outlets," explained TVAA President Gale Caldwell. "When Stallion Springs Park and Recreation Coordinator, Nicole LLere sent out the request for donations on Facebook, we were happy to be able to help with supplies."

For more information on upcoming events, visit their website at http://www.galleryngifts.com or follow them on Facebook and Instagram @galleryngifts. Gallery 'N' Gifts is located at 100 W. Tehachapi Blvd., and open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
