Bear Valley Cultural Arts Association proudly presents the Tony Capko Jazz Group on Sept. 18 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Cub Lake in Bear Valley. Come join the fun and listen to this great Jazz Band.
It has been described as: Elegant, engaging and versatile. They have been Nationally recognized for entertainment ensemble of the year. The Tony Capko Group is among the top jazz groups in the Los Angeles area with its cool retro vibe and ultra hip selection of jazz and popular dance music. What makes this band different is that it specializes in the traditional sounds of jazz with music from Miles Davis to Oscar Peterson to the modern sounds of David Sanborn and George Benson. Consisting of the finest musicians on the scene today this is the perfect band to serve as either a soothing backdrop for an intimate evening of cocktails and conversation, or an exciting night of dance reminiscent of the great American songbook.
Members of this group have worked with John Legend, Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, Celine Dion, Engelbert Humperdinck and Kenny G.
