Beverly Mildred Hopkins was born March 29, 1946 in Bakersfield, California. She passed away on Aug. 17 in Tehachapi.

Beverly was a devoted mother and grandmother. She worked as a paralegal for many years and after retirement enjoyed singing with the Summit Singers and the Handbell Choir at her church. Beverly was right at home camping, taking walks and enjoyed being with her family. She loved baking, country music, watching westerns and shopping at Costco.

Beverly is survived by her beloved husband, brother, four children, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Service to celebrate her life will be officiated by Pastor John Lopez at First Baptist Church of Tehachapi, on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 10 a.m.
