It's one cool event: CALM's 14th Annual Ice Cream Zoofari, Aug. 20

Throughout the evening, "Zoosicles" will be presented to the animals featuring the bears, mountain lion and California condors.

The California Living Museum will host its 14th annual Ice Cream Zoofari from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 20. Guests can treat their taste buds to a frozen extravaganza by building their own ice cream sundae or enjoy a cone, fruit bar or root bear float.

Admission for CALM members is $10 adults and $8 for children (3-12 years). For non-members admission is $15 adults and $12 for children (3-12 years).

Your Ice Cream Zoofari ticket includes entrance to the zoo, free rides on the Central California Children's Railroad, and of course, delicious ice cream. Throughout the evening, "Zoosicles" will be presented to the animals featuring the bears, mountain lion and California condors. Back by popular demand is the Dixie Nuts Dixieland jazz band. There will also be games for guests to enjoy throughout the zoo.

Zoosicle sponsorships available

For only $150, individuals or businesses can sponsor a Zoosicle for the bears, mountain lion/bobcat or donkeys/pony. Sponsors will be thanked on our Facebook/Instagram page and a special sign will be displayed at the event. The deadline to be a Zoosicle Sponsor is Aug. 12. All proceeds from the event and Zoosicle sponsorship will benefit CALM's Wildlife Rehabilitation Program.
