'Back to School' drive

Heads up, the Tehachapi Area Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (TAAR) will be collaborating with the Salvation Army and Aspen Builders, Inc., on a “Back to School” drive. Aspen Builders, Inc. has donated $500 towards the purchase 250 backpacks for kids in grades K-12. TAAR members and the community of Tehachapi will be responsible for getting them filled and hosting the clothing drive including NEW socks for all ages.
The collection will be at the TAAR Office on 20705 South St., Ste. A, or any participating Real Estate office (Miramar, Village Collective for Team Stacey and Linda, Coldwell Banker Realty, and Country Real Estate). It will run until July 22. Please assist our community.
The actual day to pass out the clothing and backpacks will be in the first week of August (TBD).
Get ready, tell everyone, and let’s send our youth back to school in “style.”
