Zack Scrivner announces available position on the Tehachapi Resource Conservation District (TRCD)

The Tehachapi Resource Conservation District is currently looking for applicants who are interested in serving on their Board of Directors. TRCD members must be registered voters in California and reside within the district, as well as own real property in the district.
