The Tehachapi Apple Festival announces a change in date for the 2021 Apple Festival. It will now take place on the weekend of Oct. 16-17.

The festival will continue to feature FREE ENTRY, free carnival games, apple bobbing, pie eating and pie baking contests, free face painting and petting zoo, puppet shows, a hula hoop contest and more. Of course, we also feature an exciting array of vendors featuring lots of great products. There will be many food and beverage choices, plus you can buy apples.

The Apple Festival will continue to feature all-day bounce houses for a $10 bracelet, a beer and wine garden, live music throughout and everything else that has made this festival the fun family weekend it has become.

In addition, this year we have joined forces with the Greater Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce, who will also be presenting the carnival rides during this same weekend.

When we learned that the Chamber could not have the carnival during their regularly scheduled Mountain Festival and that the carnival was not available to Tehachapi until the weekend of Oct. 15-17, the Apple Festival moved mountains to change our festival so that our community and those surrounding us would have all the more reasons to spend time with us in Tehachapi.
