Tehachapi City Mayor Susan Wiggins conceived this slogan as a gesture to "never lose hope." City Manager Greg Garrett took it a step further and with the help of South Street Digital, has had several banners of the slogan placed around the city. Free bumper stickers are available for the public to display while supplies last. The stickers are located outside of the City Hall main entrance in the front alcove area.
