What's up in Stallion Springs?
Race Communications is racing right along toward providing fiber optic service to Stallion Springs. Race team member Raul Alcaraz provided an update on their progress at the July 21 Board of Directors meeting. Alcaraz reported that as a safety issue Southern California Edison is replacing some substandard poles in the area and Race is putting in some temporary poles along Banducci Road and Stallion Springs Drive. Approximately 40 temporary poles will be installed and remain until SCE replaces their substandard poles. In the meantime, Race has crews all over Stallion pulling in the fiber getting ready to serve the over 350 residents that have already expressed interest in the gigabit fiber service. To get more information on the service that will be offered go to http://www.race.com/tehachapi/ .
