Raising Star Fundraiser

Tehachapi Arts Center is proud to be the sponsor for Raising Star and their 5x5 fundraiser.

Local artists will create works of art on 5x5 canvases. These will be sold on 5-5-23 for $55.

Any artist wishing to participate can come to the Art Center to pick up a canvas (there are only a few left) or use their own 5 inch by 5 inch canvas. All work needs to be turned in by April 29.

Raising Star is an equine based therapy provider that works with children and adults with special needs.

Don't forget to come to our Cinco De Mayo Art Show that will display all our artist efforts.

All art is donated and for sale to raise funds for Raising Star.

Activities for April

Leila's long awaited Glass Fusion Workshop will be held on Saturday, April 29 at 1 p.m. In this class she will show you how to create your own beautiful piece of wearable art. Be sure to sign up early as this class fills up, and Leila needs to procure the materials needed for each student. This class is suitable for beginning to experienced artists.
