Rowdy Lee was the son of Donn W. Lee (Tehachapi) and Sharon Lee (Oregon).

He was born in Santa Maria and lived there with his parents until 1990. At that time Rowdy moved to Tehachapi and worked with his dad cleaning carpets at Lee's Carpet Service of Tehachapi.

He moved to Oregon and began a life there, but decided he missed Tehachapi and moved back in December to live with his aunt, Jodi Norris. Here, in Tehachapi, Rowdy reconnected with many past friends and made many new ones.

Rowdy is survived by Jodi (Joanne) Norris, his aunt, as well as many others including Rockey and Dean Lutge and family, Bruce and Laurie Norris and family, a sister in Oregon, Roberta Prouty and nieces and nephews, as well as Dena Lubeck and family from Oregon.
