Spice and Honey Turkey Glaze

• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped or (1 tsp dried)
• 1/2 cup Dijon mustard (or other favorite)
• 1/2 cup honey • 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp mace or nutmeg or allspice
Directions: Place prepared turkey on a
rack in a roasting pan. Wipe dry so glaze
will adhere. Mix glaze ingredients and brush on turkey. Baste occasionally during roasting. Cook your turkey at the appropriate temperature and timing for the size of your bird. Check with meat thermometer for doneness (I prefer 180° degrees).
This is a tasty alternative for those who are not turkey fans because it cuts the poultry flavor a bit. This glaze is great on whole chicken and pieces as well.
