The next Tehachapi Blood Drive will be Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Tehachapi Vineyard Church at 502 E. Pinon St.

The City of Tehachapi, Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District, Houchin Community Blood Bank and Tehachapi Vineyard Church have teamed together for the next blood and platelet drive. Houchin Community Blood Bank will bring two buses and extra staff to help take care of the amount of people that have been participating in recent blood drives. The California Highway Patrol will also be on hand to provide free child safety seat inspections. Officers will make sure you have correctly installed the car seat and make sure it fits the requirements your family needs.
