This year we are featuring the wines of family owned Castoro Cellars.

How about a gourmet four course meal including appetizers, soup or salad, a main course and dessert, each served with a scrumptious wine, in a beautiful new space. That's a four-course meal and five wines, the first being served during a mix and mingle period and each following specifically paired with the food. This is all happening on Saturday, March 26 at 6 p.m. at The Studio, 122 S. Green St., Tehachapi. Tickets are $100 per person. The food is beyond delicious and the wine is poured generously.

This meal will be prepared by our own Mano Lujan of Red House BBQ and The Shed. Mano has built an amazing reputation for his BBQ but he has also studied Japanese Cuisine and travels periodically to Mexico by invitation to cook, plus he makes incredible Indian tacos using traditional Indian fry bread. This will be his eighth year designing a menu to complement the wine for each course. Each dish is expertly paired with a fantastic wine from a highly respected winery in Paso Robles.

This year we are featuring the wines of family owned Castoro Cellars. Castoro Cellars is an organic and sustainably operated vineyard and winery operating since 1983. Castoro Cellars currently has over 1,400 acres of estate vineyards that are 100% certified organic by CCOF.

This exclusive dinner is presented by The Rotary Club of Tehachapi and is one of their main fundraisers. Again, for $100 you get a four-course dinner and lots of wine, plus a group of engaging and inviting people, plus a grand evening out, plus you are supporting a service group that engages in programs for youth, seniors and so much more. Tickets are limited so call today to reserve yours. Linda Carhart (818) 519-7144.
