Local high school students volunteered to give out candy.
A large crowd of trick or treaters were drawn to Downtown Tehachapi on Oct. 31, where the Tehachapi Police Foundation was hosting Trunk or Treat. New this year was a "little goblin" area for kids 5 and under.
