This Dia de los Muertos horse visited the August meeting of the Greater Tehachapi Economic Development Council. He was brought by artist Jerico Vise to present the idea of the "Horse of a Different Color" project. Her idea is a herd of horse statues that would be painted and decorated by artists and shown at a public exhibition with proceeds to benefit "Return to Freedom" and other equine rescue efforts.
