Tehachapi City Manager Greg Garrett and TVRPD General Manager Corey Torres presented a Certificate of Recognition to departing TVRPD Board member Wes Backes, thanking him for his service. Backus submitted his letter of resignation after having represented the City of Tehachapi on the TVRPD Board for the last several years.
