On March 18 the Tehachapi Rotary Club received an update on Rotary activities in the Boise, Idaho area from Patricia Nilsson who is the sister of Tehachapi Rotarian Paul Kaminski. Nilsson is currently the Director of Development Services for Canyon County, Idaho. She has been a public sector planner for agriculture-based counties in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Idaho for more than 30 years and is due to retire this year. She is a past president of the Idaho Planning Association and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Nilsson, a past president of the Boise Sunrise Rotary Club, spoke of the Idaho Rotary activities and fundraisers leaving the Tehachapi group with many new ideas.
