City Council votes to become major donor to Friends of the Tehachapi Depot

The Tehachapi City Council voted unanimously to support a request to become a major donor to a project that will bring a safe viewing platform to the Tehachapi Loop area. Despite the project being outside the City limits, the Council believed it was important to support this tourism attraction and the efforts of FOTD who operate the Tehachapi Depot Museum in Downtown. The public portion of the fundraising effort will go public in March.
