As an essential business ready to meet the needs of our community, effective Tuesday, May 26, Valley Strong Credit Union will return to regular hours of operation at all branch locations, as follows:
Location Hours Bakersfield Area:
Artisan*, Buena Vista*, Delano, Ming*, Mt. Vernon, Panama*, River Run
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Downtown, Town & Country*
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Location Hours Tehachapi:
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
* Indicates branches with lobby and drive-up service.
In doing this, Valley Strong will continue to exercise social distancing measures and monitor the ever-changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation in Kern County. Any and all future actions will be based upon information provided by the Centers for Disease Control, as well as other government agencies.
In addition to branch facilities, Valley Strong also offers the following service delivery channels:
• Contact Center – 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days per week.
• DataNet online banking, DataMobile app and DataVoice (automated phone banking) – 24/7.
