A sample of our Holiday Exhibition:

Tina Dille, local artist that celebrates animals and just completed her Welcome to Tehachapi Bears on the utility box in front of the Gallery, will have two new pieces. Her original watercolor "The Scoundrel" depicts an animal form of the "Scrooge" reminding us to enjoy the spirit of Christmas.

"WaterPony" is an abstract rendering of a horse that embraces the wonders of nature.

Marti Howell, longtime Tehachapi resident and artist will display her new oil and oil pastel "Bison" and new watercolor "On the Hunt" fox painting. Marti's beautiful creations have been admired by many through the years.

Anna Dohnke will be displaying her inventive creations of flow painting and polymer clay.

Always experimenting with new ideas, Anna gives us new ways of thinking of "paintings."

Come join us Dec. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. for a look at some beautiful new works of art and holiday cheer at Gallery 'N' Gifts, 100 E. Tehachapi Blvd.

First Fridays

have become a popular event of fun, refreshments, hospitality and shopping at the participating venues.

Tehachapi Treasure Trove is located at 116 E. Tehachapi Blvd. right across the street from the water tower in Railroad Park. We will be collecting Toys for Tots. Come, bring your donation, join the fun and paint an ornament for our special tree.

Tehachapi Museum & Errea House is located at 310 and 311 S. Green St. Treasures from our local mountains and around the world will be featured on First Friday. Stop by for refreshments.

Sheridan’s, located at 114 W. Tehachapi Blvd., will be open for First Friday. Come share some refreshments, and browse our new holiday collection. Mention our First Friday Special and receive 10 percent off your purchase Friday evening from 5 to 8 p.m.

Olde Vineyard Charm is located at 108 W. Tehachapi Blvd. Come and shop for unique wine related and other holiday gift items from 5 to 8 p.m. Enjoy a glass of wine and snacks while you shop.

Colleen Farrell Gallery is located at 112 #A E. Tehachapi Blvd. Join us for First Friday at Tehachapi’s newest fine art gallery and artist studio featuring multiple artists, oddities and curiosities.

Oak Tree Art Antiques Etc., located at 102 W. Tehachapi Blvd. (across from the Tehachapi Depot Museum), offers a broad variety of items, refreshments and music. Open until 8 p.m.
