Silver Spitfire, The Longest Flight lands in Mojave

A 1943 Silver Spitfire Mk IX from the U.K., piloted by Matt Jones and Steve Brooks, stopped at the Mojave Airport on Aug. 31 as part of their trip around the world. They plan to make more than 150 stops in over 30 countries and hope to be back in England by Christmas.
